"Client," "You," and "Your" refer to the individual or business using our services. "Service(s)" refers to the courier, delivery, freight, and logistics services provided by Sky Express.
2. Services Provided
Sky Express offers domestic and international courier services, express deliveries, airfreight, logistics solutions, and customs clearance services.
3. Delivery
- Sky Express will make reasonable efforts to deliver parcels and freight on time, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers, such as airlines, customs, or ground handlers.
4. Customs Clearance
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation for customs clearance. Sky Express can assist in processing documents, but clients are ultimately responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant customs regulations.
- Sky Express is not liable for any duties, taxes, or penalties imposed by customs authorities.
5. Prohibited and Restricted Items
You are prohibited from sending dangerous goods, illegal items, or items prohibited under applicable law. Sky Express reserves the right to refuse shipment or return items that do not comply with our policies.
6. Liability
- We will handle shipments with due care and diligence, but we are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including God's acts of nature, government actions, or other third-party actions.
- Our liability for any loss or damage to your goods is limited to Maximum of 100USD or the value of the goods whichever is Less, with the shipping cost.
7. Payment
- All fees for services provided are due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Clients are responsible for paying all applicable shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties, where applicable.
8. Modifications
Sky Express reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the Shipment Booked/Origin Country, and any/all disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Booked/Origin of the Shipment District/State of the Country .
